Managing Director, KrolLDiscovery International Legal TechnologiesTim Phillips, Managing Director, has overall responsibility for operations and business development for Legal Technologies throughout EMEA and APAC. At KrolLDiscovery's London office, Tim manages a team of over 100 people specialising in electronic and paper disclosure and digital forensics. Tim also has responsibility for KrolLDiscovery's legal technologies business in APAC and for its digital forensics teams in Germany, France, Norway, Sweden and Poland. Tim has a portfolio of achievements with over 25 years of business development experience in the IT and telecommunications industries. He previously worked as Vice President of Business Development Director for various telecom companies, where he built global sales teams in Europe and the U.S.
Director of Legal Technologies Services, EMEA
Andrew is responsible for the growth and delivery of KrolLDiscovery's legal technologies business in the EMEA region. Our services focus on the provision of electronic evidence services to law firms and corporates. These services include e-discovery, computer forensics and consulting which are provided in order to assist clients in multiple practice areas including dispute resolution and antitrust. Frequently, there is a need for solutions to address complex cross border data protection challenges.Andrew also manages the growth and development of global accounts throughout the EMEA region.

Director, International IT
Martin is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a multi-team multi-functional IT department, providing direct guidance for IT governance, IT strategy, process improvements, technology deployments and customer support, as well as ensuring that all IT services are available around the clock.
Martin coordinates, facilitates, and consults with business leaders to ensure infrastructure is meeting or exceeding customer and business requirements and is responsible for developing and implementing IT initiatives that support KrolLDiscovery business goals and objectives. Martin has over 15 years IT industry experience gained in large complex data centre environments, delivering highly critical revenue-generating online applications.
