Speakers

Richard Coel, LeClairRyan, is a seasoned trial attorney with substantial first chair experience litigating cases in courts throughout D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Over the course of his career, Mr. Coel has successfully handled a variety of cases and legal issues including business disputes, corporate fraud matters, breach of contract cases, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, wrongful foreclosure, toxic torts, negligence, and complex insurance coverage disputes. He also has significant experience utilizing alternative dispute resolution to help clients avoid expensive and unnecessary litigation.

Sarah A. Maguire, BAE Systems, is assistant general counsel for BAE Systems for litigation and investigations. In this capacity, Maguire focuses on the major matters facing the corporation, including commercial disputes, internal investigations and government investigations. Prior to joining BAE Systems, Maguire was in private practice, where she represented clients on government contracts and white collar matters.

Sheldon Noel, Kroll Ontrack, Manager of Business Development, advises attorneys and other professionals from law firms, corporations, and government agencies on all facets of legal technology issues, including electronic evidence and discovery matters. In addition, Mr. Noel is an attorney with more than twelve years of experience in a unique combination of litigation, regulatory and complex project management role.
